When you place your order the $15.00 will be credited to your purchase. If you chose not to order then the $15.00 is not returnable. There will be a time frame of one week between deposit for mock up and the order of the creation. These Mock up designs take alot of time so we need to secure that we will be making the art for you. We do not have a limit on the mock ups our job is to make what you are looking to create.
